​All purchases made before 3pm will be posted on the same working day, purchases made after 3pm will be posted on the next working day.  We post to 99% of the world and use Royal Mail service for all domestic and overseas post.

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48HR, this gives us the piece of mind of confirmation on delivery. If you wish your items to arrive quicker than our FREE 48hr service, you may choose Tracked 24hr or Next Day before 1pm at checkout.

​All overseas order are shipped using Royal Mail International Priority Post, This is a flat rate postal charge depending on the country.

The USA carries a £5.46 surcharge, this is a charge forced on Royal Mail by USPS to carry your parcel (put in place by Donald Trump to stop you buying from the UK)

 

Discretion is an important part of your delivery and all purchase are posted in discrete plain boxes or jiffy bags, there is no reference to the purchase on the parcel.

 

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Maverick Jocks, however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned within 30 days of receipt. (see conditions below)

 

All items must be returned to us in a perfect condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit) and will be inspected once we have received the return. This means all products must have intact packaging, including relevant tags and labelling. Products must not have been opened and/or used (unless faulty). If your return was purchased as part of a bundle or a free gift was offered, the complete bundle and/or free gift must be returned to us. We cannot return or exchange only part of a bundle product.
 

Please ensure your return is properly packaged before returning it to us, we suggest using the box your order arrived in with the same fill we have used to send the order out. Please return it our warehouse at the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days. 

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
